1. Measure all ingredients except raisins into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Insert pan into the oven chamber.

I recently purchased this book and have tried several recipes. Each was excellent. The recipes are easy to read and follow. My bread machine is getting a workout and friends and family are enjoying the results. I recommend you read About The Recipes and The Bread Machine Pantry before you start. I picked-up some excellent tips.

I got this book the other day and I am thrilled at the variety of recipes it has! It even has recipes for stuff you can start in the bread machine and finish in the oven--such as pretzels. It also has a few gluten free breads which will be helpful when my gluten intolerant friends and family come to visit! Excellent book, well worth the price!
