Makes 1 drink
1 ounce citrus flavored vodka, Smirnoff(r)
3/4 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 ounce cranberry juice
1/2 ounce coconut rum, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay(r) Coconut
Splash sweet-and-sour mix
Ice cubes, fresh coconut pieces, fresh cranberries
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, rum, and sweet-and-sour mix. Add ice; cover and shake until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with coconut and cranberries.
MOULIN ROUGE
Makes 1 drink
1 1/2 ounces white rum, Oronoco(r)
1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
Splash orange liqueur, Grand Marnier(r)
Ice cubes, fresh orange wedges, fresh raspberries
In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, pomegranate juice, and orange liqueur. Add ice; cover and shake until very cold. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with orange wedges and raspberries.

An absolutely beautiful book. There are lots of drinks and simple foods to go along with them with color photos of everything. Being able to see the finished product makes them even more tempting. And it's at a very affordable price! DEFINITELY WORTH GETTING!!
