Why can't Fieri's books come out in hardcover? I hate softcover cookbooks as you can't lay them flat and they inevitably wind up not being a favorite. I know it's cheaper to print in softcover but this is a pet peeve of mine. The hardcover cookbooks here cost the same as the softcover and they shouldn't!
