I JUST THE RECIPES IN GIADA'S COOKBOOK THEY ARE SIMPLE AND WONDERFUL WITH SIMPLE INGREDIENTS ,THAT MY FAMILY JUST LOVE. WE WATCH HER ON FOOD NETWORK BUT I LOVE BOOKS AND LOVE THE PICTURES OF THE FINISHED DISHES. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE.

I ordered this and Rachel Ray's 365 No Repeat Cookbooks. I have to say that I was looking forward to the Rachel Ray book more than Giada's until I opened Giada's up. My Husband is Sicilian and loves his Italian food so I couldn't wait to use this book once I started looking thru it. Ingredients are very easy to find in the local markets here in California. The steps are easy to follow and the food comes out very tasty! I have made so many of Giada's recipes out of this book and have loved everyone of them. I really Love the Linguini Frittatas!!!!!!! I can't wait to buy another book by her. Sorry Rachel, but your book just didn't measure up to this one!

I luv this book, but I love all her books.I agree with some reviews that it's a little different than her other books but it's still has "Giada's touch". I can't wait to make Eggplant Timbale & Rigatoni with Squash and Prawns!

I am very happy that I purchased this book! I will be trying the majority of the recipes. I find that they are all very easy, and it is my style of cooking and eating.

This is a great cookbook by Food Network star and bestselling author Giadia De Laurentiis. In it Giada offers healthy solutions to Italian dining, easy preparation and great everyday meals with a flare for color and presentation. She also offers classic recipes with a new twist balancing health and flavor. I would recommend this cookbook. 5 Stars.
