Excellent book. I use lots of recipes from this book & my family enjoys them all. Lots of different choices but most are family friendly-not asking for a bunch of stuff you don't have in your house. Who knew there was so much to do with Bisquick? I am very glad I bought this book & will pass it on to my daughter for her family when it's time.

This book has great pictures & all the classic Bisquick recipes that are no longer printed on the box -- so that part's great. If you like the classics, this is a good book. The new recipes, however, are downright tasteless and boring. I had a Bisquick Cookbook ages ago that I really enjoyed & I hoped this one would be similar. No such luck.
