I have tried several of the recipes and I must say they were excellent. My family enjoyed them used a few when we were going to have company and got a lot of compliments.

I loved this cookbook, with the exception of the size of the print. For eyes that have a hard time, this made it hard to read .....

I was very disappointed in this book. There were wasted pages on basic 101 cooking. Also, there were very few pictures.
