Right after I cancelled it, I got a notice that it was available so I order it again. Three in fact, two were supposed to be belated Christmas gifts if shipped on December 24. It might be a bit more "gourmet" for me--I'm a meat and potatoes gal--but my brother was making yummy sounds as he looked through his copy.

Had to write a review on this book... absolutely the best! Have only tried a few of the recipes so far... all have turned out great. One recipe every two days, just to check out my favorites, then on to the rest. My mouth is drooling.... Highly recommend this book to all.

This book is new and was on back order but this book was well worth the extra week it took to arrive. This is a large five ring binder type book and I love the tabs that separate the different recipe categories, such as soups & stews, sandwiches, poultry, meat , plus several more. Each recipe does have the nutritional information and there are many color pictures. I have a bunch of recipes marked to try. When reading the ingredients they are easy to find at any grocery store. I will be showing this book to my family and I'm sure they will want their own copy after looking through it.

Well, considering it was going to be shipped 12/24, 3 days ago, with a holiday in between, I haven't even received it yet, so emailing asking for a review in a bit premature. Also, I then received an email stating that unfortunately it cannot be shipped right now, so I don't know when I will get it. I'm sure it's GOING to be a good cookbook and review it when I get it.
