Meatless by Kitchens of Martha Stewart Living was well worth the praise it got
and deserved it's Best Seller rating. There were many delicious recipes made
simple such as Ricotta and Eggplant, hearty dishes like Spinach Lasagna with
many salad choices. You cannot be disappointed when looking at photos of
recipes with great presentation, easy to make and suitable for Family and guests.
I recommend it for everyone who enjoys cooking and eating light.

As a personal chef I am always looking for new ideas. I ordered this book to help with preparing meals for a vegetarian client. I went through the book and must have tagged over 50 pages. I made a few things and went back and ordered 3 more copies of the book to share with friends and family. It is now one of my "go to" favorites.
