I will not use even a small potion of the 500 recipes! Was very disappointed. Lots of things I have never heard of...you would have to change your entire pantry IF you could find a local store that carried the items! Not family friendly either. I think the title was very misleading and sorry I spent the money on this one.

I love this book. There are tons..I mean tons of recipes in it. What I love about it is the calorie and fat count in each recipe. Be aware though, like other Camilla Saulsbury's books (700 Muffin Recipes), there are not many photos. Just a couple of colored inserts. Having said that, I have 3 of her books (including this one and Piece of Cake!) and I love them all.
