TOM COLICCHIO is a judge on the hit Bravo reality competition series "Top Chef" and is chef/owner of Craft and Craftbar and chef/co-owner of Gramercy Tavern (all in New York). His first James Beard award came in 2000 (Best New Chef New York, for his work at Gramercy Tavern). His second came for his first cookbook, Think Like a Chef. In 2002, Craft was awarded the James Beard Best New Restaurant Award. Craft of Cooking, inspired by the restaurant Craft, is his second cookbook.
